These terms apply to purchases from our online store.
Our pieces
We sell vintage and antique furniture, lighting, art and objects, alongside selected handmade pieces.
Please read each item's description, condition notes, photographs and measurements before purchasing. Wear, patina and imperfections specifically disclosed in the listing form part of the item's described condition.
Measurements are approximate. Colours may appear differently on different screens. These qualifications do not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.
Maker, origin and date attributions reflect the evidence available and any uncertainty stated in the listing. Please contact us before purchasing if you need further information or photographs.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on our website and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are additional unless expressly included.
Payment is taken through the payment methods available at checkout. For items requiring specialist delivery, please obtain and agree a delivery quote before placing your order.
Orders and availability
Most of our pieces are unique and available in a quantity of one.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. Your order is accepted when we separately confirm acceptance or dispatch the item.
If an item is unavailable or there is a material pricing or description error, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute an item or charge a different price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil your order, any payment received will be refunded.
Delivery
Delivery arrangements, charges and estimated timescales are explained in our Shipping Policy and any individual delivery quote.
Please provide accurate delivery details and tell us about stairs, restricted access or other delivery requirements before agreeing a specialist delivery service.
We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or your nominated recipient, except where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us.
Cancellations, returns and refunds

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
International orders
International delivery is available for selected items by agreement. Any import duties, taxes or clearance charges payable by you will be explained in the delivery arrangements before purchase.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how your personal information is collected, used and shared.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not affect mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live or your right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
