Brutalist Steel & Glass Prism Tealight Holders — Pair
Brutalist Steel & Glass Prism Tealight Holders — Pair
A rather satisfying pair of candle holders built from steel and thick moulded glass.
Each one is essentially a little piece of architecture. Slender steel rods form a rigid, almost scaffold-like frame, and suspended within it sits a heavy glass prism — an inverted pyramid that tapers down to a point. The geometry is simple but very deliberate.
Drop a tealight into the square glass cup at the top and the flame hovers just above the cone, sending light down through the glass where it gathers and glows. It’s surprisingly atmospheric for something so minimal.
There’s a clear brutalist instinct at play here: exposed structure, honest materials, nothing disguised. The steel does the serious, structural work while the glass quietly steals the show once the candle is lit.
They feel architectural, a bit sculptural, and nicely unfussy — the sort of objects that sit comfortably on a dining table, mantel, or shelf and only really come alive once evening arrives.
Sold as a pair.
