Pair of Cast Aluminium Vases
Pair of Cast Aluminium Vases
A pair of tall, cast aluminium vases with a pleasingly restrained silhouette — tapering gently from a weighted base into a narrow neck, somewhere between vessel and object.
There’s a subtle asymmetry to the form that keeps them from feeling too engineered. Not quite identical, not quite rigid. They sit comfortably in that space between utility and sculpture — perfectly capable of holding a single stem, but arguably just as effective left empty.
The surface tells the story here. A soft, matte sheen with areas of oxidation, faint pitting and light marking throughout. Nothing that jars — more a quiet, industrial patina that gives them depth and a sense of age. They feel handled, used, and then left alone long enough to settle into themselves.
They work well as a pair — flanking, echoing, balancing — but also hold their own individually. A single stem (as shown) is really all they ask for.
Price per vase.
